Yugang International Limited ("the Company") is a listed conglomerate in Hong Kong (Stock code: 613) with diversified business interests including trading of scrap metals and other materials, property investments, property management, treasury investment and operation of transport infrastructures.

Brief History
  Yugang International Limited (“the Company”) was listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Stock Exchange”) in November 1993. The principal activities of the Company include treasury investment, trading, property investment, and infrastructure investment etc.


In 1999, the Company made a general offer to acquire an approximately 51.46% interest in C C Land Holdings Limited (“C C Land”, stock code: 1224), a company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange. The principal activities of C C Land include manufacturing and trading of packaging and luggage products, treasury investment, PRC property development and investment. On 6 November 2006, C C Land passed a resolution in a special general meeting to acquire a PRC real estate development business at a total consideration of HK$3,317,553,298 by issuance of new shares and convertible notes. Upon completion of the acquisition, the Company’s interest in C C Land was eventually diluted to below 20% and C C Land is no longer a subsidiary or an associate of the Company. In 2000, the Company further acquired the controlling shareholding of Y. T. Realty Group Ltd. ("Y. T. Realty", stock code: 75), a company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange since 1984. The core business of Y. T. Realty is property investment. Further details of Y. T. Realty can be found in the section "Strategic Investments" and website www.ytrealtygroup.com.hk.


In 2001, through Y. T. Realty, the Company made a material acquisition of The Cross-Harbour Holdings Ltd. ("Cross-Harbour", stock code: 32), a company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange. As a result, Cross-Harbour became the major associate of Y. T. Realty. The principal activities of Cross-Harbour include investment holding of 50% equity interests inWestern Harbour Tunnel and 39.5% equity interest in Tate’s Cairn Tunnel. Other transport infrastructure businesses include the operation and management of The Cross-Harbour Tunnel, operation of a driver training center through The Hong Kong School of Motoring Limited and provision of electronic toll collection services through Autotoll Ltd, a joint venture company. On 14 November 2016, shareholders of Y. T. Realty had, in a special general meeting, approved the payment of a special dividend by way of distribution in specie of all the shares of Cross-Harbour held by Y. T. Realty to its shareholders. As a result, Y. T. Realty ceased to hold any interest in Cross-Harbour.
